01 General Terms & Conditions

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on w71:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered in the account holder's name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed 3 to 15 minutes within which processing is completed.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

If a payment is made through a third party, W71 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account. If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, immediate action will be taken and the relevant authorities may be notified.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

All w71 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Specific conditions for each bonus are listed separately.

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members once only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified Wagering Requirement must be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered first.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Once a bonus offer expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• W71 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on W71:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, W71 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bets are not accepted on events suspended by an admin before the match begins.
• W71 is not liable for disconnections during live betting. Ensuring your bet reaches our servers is your own responsibility.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended in Sports Betting, W71's own rules will apply.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on W71 and will result in account termination:

• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Any attempt to hack or launch a cyberattack against w71's systems.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

W71 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (365 days).
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Users may also close their account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. All pending withdrawals should be completed before closing the account.

08 Responsible Gaming
